Terms and Condition Statement

  • The information I have provided is correct.
  • I am living in Taranaki.
  • I will be in my studio or workshop space from 9.30am to 4.30pm for the duration of the Trail weekends on Friday 31st October, Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd November and Friday 7th, Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th of November. A support person is recommended to support you throughout these long weekends. *Artists have the option of both three-day weekends, or 10 consecutive days. 
  • In accordance with the Taranaki Arts Trail Mission Statement, all tools (within H &S regulations) will be used and my craft will be demonstrated to visitors of the Trail for the production and the creation of my work.
  • I will endeavour to have past and present work available to show visitors my processes and development as an artist.
  • I understand that I am responsible for providing an interesting and safe experience for visitors to my studio/workshop.
  • All work for sale or on display is my own or in case of shared studio space, the other artist has registered as an individual artist with the Taranaki Arts Trail. Please label all artwork for sale with price.
  • I have selected 3 images to upload with this registration for the website. Approximately 1MB each. Please note these images maybe cropped on the website.
  • I have selected 2 images for use in the printed material, approx 1MB each.
  • I consent to being a member of the Taranaki Arts Trail Incorporated Society for the year of registration and payment.
  • I understand my registration will not be accepted without payment. Please note new 2025 payment amount. 
  • To complete this registration, I agree I have sent payment through with this registration.
  • Please process your registration payment BEFORE hitting the submit button.
  • No registration will be accepted after March 31st 2025.
