Michelle Parker

I have a passion for sculpting stone which has grown since I started in 2017. I enjoy transforming the stone from its raw form to something which is thought provoking, aesthetically pleasing and asking to be touched. Always looking for the next challenge, the problem solving drives me to bring thoughts and images in my mind to fruition.
My pieces are represented in both organic and geometric sculptures using locally sourced andesite stone.
More recently I have began dabbling with creating works from wood and steel. I am looking forward to seeing where this takes me.
