Originally from Southampton, UK, I moved to New Zealand in 2007, now calling Aotearoa home. As a visual artist, I draw profound inspiration from this land's beauty and spirit. My art emerges through layers of colour and gestures, transforming abstract marks into images. For me, it’s a journey of discovery—exploring thoughts, emotions, and everyday questions. Inspired by art, poetry, and music, my creative process often begins with the land and ocean around me. The changing morning light and dramatic West Coast weather deeply influence my work. Without a fixed destination, each piece evolves organically, with colours, materials, and imagery shaping its essence.
