Photographer Simon Brown enjoys life on a small farm with his long-time friend and wife Alida. They live in the idyllic Mohakatino valley on the North Taranaki coast.
Features
This year's exhibition celebrates niche pockets of Simon's wide-ranging collection. Displayed images include large scale landscape canvases from New Zealand and beyond, framed in band-sawn macrocarpa, to intimate images of the female form beautifully decorated with projected patterns. The delicate, 'Dancer' mini series printed on linen, is back, along side low-key portraits. A3+ prints on textured cotton rag paper and cards are also on display.
