Jewels of the Crown - The Jewels of the Crown Exhibition celebrates niche pockets of Simon’s wide-ranging collection. Displayed images include large-scale landscapes, on framed canvas from New Zealand and beyond, to intimate images of the female form beautifully decorated with projected patterns. His latest work, The Dancer mini-series printed on linen, explores female beauty, joy, and power as she becomes one with the setting sun, the warm sea breeze, and the rugged west coast which swoons her and holds her. Photographer Simon Brown enjoys life on a small farm with his life-long friend and wife, Alida, in the idyllic Mohakatino Valley on the North Taranaki coast.
