The Eye Glass series came from the love of light on nature, reflections through glass, hundred year old leadlight windows and capturing the quirky. The images are reproduced on a variety of materials perspex steel, fabric. An explosion of colour awaits. None of the images are altered by computer programs. I like raw. I have always been fascinated by light, the shadows it creates in the world around us. My first degree was in Stage design. UK Lincoln University. Working at Nottingham playhouse, designing large stage sets. I trained in stage lighting capturing shadows colour reflections. I recorded them with my camera capturing images. I enjoy experimenting with different textures changing the norm for people to enjoy and have something affordable and different. A percentage of my work funds senior coffee club in Okato.
