Fern Parmentier

I came to Taranaki in 2004 after spending 20 years teaching adult education in China painting Folk Art, watercolour and oils. Since coming to New Plymouth I have concentrated on oils, it goes on easily and I like the creamy character as it is applied.  I enjoy painting nature especially birds, scenes and boats.  If what I paint brings pleasure then I am happy.
