Brigitte Calloway

I started sculpting as a welcomed distraction from the constrains of my professional career. As a clinical hypnotherapist, I attempt to model the human brain in the aim of balance and wellbeing. As a sculptor, I express the beauty of the human body in my pieces of work. 
I use porcelain as my main medium because of its primal finesse that contains infinite metaphorical potential. My work attempts to speak of transformation, genesis and decay of human bodies.
