I have lived in Taranaki all my life. Involved in the glass industry since 1981, a full time artist since 1987, and a founding member of the Art Glass Association of NZ. Operating from my purpose-built studio and gallery in Omata Visitors are always welcome to visit, and experience the technique I have developed. I work with a range of glass applications including modern sculpture, kiln-formed glass, leadlight panels and stained-glass conservation. Many of my works are made from recycled materials. My passion for design is demonstrated in my commissioned work that has included installations for churches, public spaces, marae buildings, corporate facilities and private homes in both New Zealand and overseas. I am particularly inspired by a chance to contribute to yesterday's, today's and tomorrow's living, and working in architectural settings, to explore and exploit colour, light, line and reflection in a space. Open most days year round.
