The geology and environs of Taranaki provides a wealth of natural glaze materials from five million year old marine deposits, volcanic remnants and ash and iron sands.

Hand thrown domestic stoneware that celebrates the origins of ceramics. Where native minerals, whether drawn into plant matter via root systems or dug from cliff faces are used for colour, fused by flame to create a rich taranaki palette of brick reds and oily blacks. Complementing a cycle of food, from the land to the table, via Locally, sustainably, lovingly made processes.
